Summary:

The Global Head of Client Success will be the ‘face’ of Innowatts for all clients ensuring product delivery, client business value creation and account growth. This person will be engaging with key client executives and decision makers with a strategic business approach. The person will have the single point of accountability to ensure all on-boarding and ongoing client needs are fulfilled effectively liaising with other internal teams including implementation and product engineering. This role will also provide the critical feedback to R&D and product development through the voice of the customers. The role’s performance will be measured based on timely monetization of all signed client contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationship with clients, communicate in proactive, timely, professional and respectful manner
  • Understand client’s strategic objectives with a strong focus on deploying Innowatts product to meet or exceed client objectives
  • Ensure all client delivery milestones are met according to the contracted scope of work
  • Create processes and tools for day-to-day operational tasks to provide transparency and efficient execution of client deliverables
  • Provide an uncomplicated and seamless experience to client by addressing their requests and resolving issues
  • Ensure 100% adoption of Innowatts’ platform
  • Create internal feedback loop with product teams to continuously improve product
  • Understand client licensing agreements and deliverables with ability to monetize contracted revenue on time
  • Work with Innowatts finance team to ensure that contracted revenue is monetized on time
  • Identify new opportunities for growing a client in line with their strategic goals and work with sales to convert those into contracts
  • Lead and manage a global client success team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of experience in client facing, operations, project management roles
  • Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and externally with clients
  • Leadership and team management experience a must
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize deliverables, onboard clients and resolve issues in time
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Startup experience with a product company a plus
