Summary

As an Account Manager based in Houston, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships with several of Innowatts customers. You will develop and document a deep understanding of their business and objectives and establish Innowatts as a key partner by helping them extend the realized business value attained through the Innowatts platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build long term relationships with clients, communicate in proactive, timely, professional and respectful manner
  • Understand client’s strategic objectives with a strong focus on deploying Innowatts product to meet or exceed client objectives
  • Use business intelligence tools to interpret data and derive insights that deliver value to your clients
  • Act as the clients representative within Innowatts, work with internal Innowatts teams (product engineering, data science, product management, operations and sales) to deliver value for your clients
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of the Innowatts platform helping them to unlock value and increase stickiness to Innowatts
  • Create internal feedback loop with product teams to continuously improve product
  • Understand client licensing agreements and deliverables with ability to monetize contracted revenue on time
  • Work with Innowatts finance team to ensure that contracted revenue is monetized on time
  • Identify new opportunities for growing a client in line with their strategic goals and work with sales to convert those into contracts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in client facing and technical product/ project management roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds and motivations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is flexible and goal oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience in building and analyzing dashboards and reports
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Start-up experience with a product company a plus
