Akhlak Ahmed is the Co-founder and Chief Analytics Officer at Innowatts, where Akhlak is responsible for managing the Innowatts lab with a primary focus on innovation, new product prototype and managing data science workstreams for over 45 mm smart meter worldwide customer base.

Akhlak has more than 20 years of professional experience in analytics, big data, product development, statistical modeling, and data interpretation while working for several Fortune 500 companies in US. At Innowatts, he successfully created the Innowatts lab that consists of 12 -15 data scientists engaged in cutting edge technology in the Utility space.

Akhlak holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
