Jason joined Innowatts in 2019 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He leads the finance, accounting, corporate human development and legal teams globally. Prior to joining Innowatts, Jason was Vice President of Finance for Katalyst, a software and data analytics management company in the oil and gas sector. Jason brings more than 20 years of finance and operations management experience with technology companies where he has developed internal capacity to support high growth. He has also led the evaluation, acquisition, and integration of numerous strategic growth opportunities. Jason received his degree in finance and accounting from Stephen F. Austin. Jason is a native Houstonian, enjoys traveling the world and exploring new cultures.
